I am a digital marketing specialist who manages, creates, and monitors all of the digital assets in Generali Indonesia such as social media, websites, and apps.

Job descriptions:

  • Managing all digital assets: social media, website, and apps.
  • Analyzing and reporting data from websites and social media.
  • Monitoring the campaign held by the vendors (SEO/SEM, FBIG ads, Google Ads)
  • Developing the copywriting for website content and tactical content on social media.
  • Managing Gen iClick Apps; developing the content and copywriting (banner, push notifications, email marketing),
    developing the feature enhancement, CRM, and analyzing data with Google Console Firebase tools.
  • Analyzing and reporting Gen iClick app performance (Google Analytics, usage analytics, and registration).

  • Segmented Push Notifications – Developing notifications based on demographics, ages, product type, and gender on Gen iClick App.
  • Love Letter Button on Gen iClick – Developing UI, UX, and Copywriting. This button got rewarded as Digital Innovation from Generali Group.
